This is not Real Time or some other high tech feature. It's just a new photo of what we are up to that we post from time to time.

Sun-day / Snow-day

Six new photographs today showing a variety of winter conditions. The first two are from Sunday, January 15th during a hike James and I took over our trail network. The middle two are from yesterday when snow squalls came and went leaving a small deposit of new powder. The two bottom photos are from this morning when the air had some bite to it and the skies were clear and blue.

Ice conditions are getting much better going into this weekend. Some vehicles are driving out to the shacks and snowmobiles seem to be going everywhere. However, take care if you go. Just because folks are zipping around on snowmobiles does not equal safe ice in all places. This is especially true for cars and trucks. Play it safe and check the ice thickness.

Snow on the campground and all is quiet.

All quiet here as well.

Shack town is quiet for now but tonight will be different.
